And hi to u – not surprisingly that I ran into your dad earlier on the beach given how I normally go a little later but these r unusual times – not many folks out there believe the Diamond Invention is moments away in the history of time from imploding but if it does say the instant I begin running my INFORMERS WANTED ads what do u think that will do for real estate around the world given how diamonds every since “my family” began engineering us off the gold standard r considered the currency of last resort.

Remember us Americans with all our money r still all about show, i.e. can we count on attracting the cultured Chinese assuming it has been transmitted to the next generation wanting us in Mexico as their neighbors when they move in north of the Mexican border?

Be well,

Gary

Ps – and of course I expect an independent answer from your dad.

Hi Gary,

This is my friends condo. It brought in a little over ... last year, and she was able to spend as much time their as she wanted to.  It is stunning, beach front. The set up is great and in the most beautiful area of Cabo San Lucas. The exact same unit 2 floors up is listed for 2.6 million. The house I am buying is in Rancho Leonero. If you would like to talk about real estate in Mexico (the new frontier) give me a call. Us banks are just now this year financing home loans for Americans buying property in Mexico. Baja especially. If you are interested we can set up a trip, and Bob ... can show you what's going on down there!!

Thanks,

F. Sarah Pollard
