I just got off the phone with “X” [sic]. Each of you now need to hold your horses. “X.ion.wart” [sic] has nothing to do with anything that I am doing. If you have any issues with anything I have written please be man-woman enough to contact me directly or contact Mr. “J.r.k” [sic] or Mr. Devin Standard or better yet have your lawyers contact me. You should all know by now I know a thing or tTOo about responding to fastballs thrown at or near head. None of you are even capable of being a relief pitcher for a group of geriatrics.

Ms. “M.ray” [sic] you have quite a history. The same with you Mr. Golden and the fact that the two of you find yourselves in support of Mr. “J.B.S.” [sic] is all tTOo telling, wouldn’t you agree “9” [sic]. Again, this is a free country.

All of you have been involved in litigation of sum sorts or another. If you think that I have said anything that is untruthful you know exactly what to do, don’t you? None of you really give a “sh-one-it” [sic] about “X” [sic] and I will provide all the evidence to support my claims against each one of you for your wrongdoing, if necessary. I may already have claims against each one of you for tortuous interference in my business matters. Remember, Mr. Golden, you do remember now don’t you, the old adage, “the better the evidence the better the proof.” Before you called “J.B.S.” [sic] how many joints had you smoked before brushing your teeth this morning? So how big is the bush you plan to hide behind? You don’t think I can throw a curved ball? How about a knuckleball?

And you Mr. “J.B.S.” [sic] when did you get your eyes last checked? Ms. “M.ray” [sic] was saying that they found more traces of cancer, could the pathologists have missed a mark or tTOo, black mark for you or could it simply have been a sun spot or simply no one to blame? Skin cancer I understand is what keeps you folks the most up at night, so what do you do during the day other than poison the mind of your children. I have more in store for you as in the words of Jonathan, “Maybe he is just saying it!” Paul was present at the time. He was also present when you showed your true colors on Danielle’s birthday.

You have quite a collection of my emails that go back aways. Let me remind you of sumthing else tTOo. Those emails were first vetted by my lawyers before going out to you. Nothing, however, I have sent out as of late was run through such persons, not even an editor. I stand by, however, everything I have said and there will now be more.

With that said, may I suggest you all take a very deep breath. You are going to need it. I am copying “X’s” [sic] brother JD on this email as well as Paul as well as several of my close colleagues who in the event I decide to take a trip will make certain that “X’s” [sic] best interests are protected.

Now go do the wise thing. “J.Ben” [sic] you can do a whole lot better than take counsel with a washed out attorney like King Golden Jnr. Why not have your girlfriend Dawn refer you to one of the lawyers at Milberg Weiss, better yet get your Harvard trained David try his shot in the dark. And before you start going to work on Ms. “M.ray” [sic] have her provide you with the police report she filed on one of her recent “boyfriends.” [sic]
