Rod  - if u didn’t understand then I must assume there r others who have failed to see the connection with what I am saying and what has been said time and again going back to the days of Plato's Symposium, i.e. he-she who controls the water, grabs the land, owns the bank.

The great wealth that has been accumulated in the hands of so few is the result of corruption beginning with laws that allow he-she who controls the water to get laws passed that allow tax breaks for the rich, perhaps just a handful from the beginning of time who have done more than simply take up space, such laws leveraging one's real estate holdings while contributing nothing but further population explosion remain the biggest hurdle to the success of the Clean Water Fund.
