Paul - What is the difference between standard and select, is it like “Heads I win, tails you lose”?

Question 2. What if one of your clients walks in today and agrees to the 330k number without u following thru on each of my marketing steps I suggested including having my Royal Mater and my step-father walk around the roundabout in front of the property wearing sandwich boards that take the crowds to one of my hyperlinks, i.e. neither u nor I spending more marketing monies or effort would I be obligated to accept the offer?

Question 3. Is there a way to prevent someone from tying up the property just so they can “shop it” – here in the US one can get an “earnest money deposit” with the prospective buyer losing their deposit if they end up not being able to complete the transaction?

I believe my attorney Mr. McLusky has power of attorney and if not I will give u a fax number here in the U.S.

Let the games begin and for us to go have “sum” [sic] great fun, “sic” at least here in the U.S. means “cool” as well as “sum” [sic] of our kids knowing it is used to denote some type of error in the expression in quotes.

Thanks for your reply, I will crack on with things now, I need the agency agreement to be signed so do you have a fax number or is there someone in England who has power of attourney to deal with 'Seacrest'? Also, which package would you like to proceed with? Standard 1.85% + VAT or Select 2% + VAT.

Many thanks
