Subject: Restraining Order

Mr. Winn,

After your attack on Tuesday, January 2^nd at approximately 4:35 PM PST which was life threatening I was advised by the San Diego Sheriffs Department to seek a Restraining Order.

Therefore if you continue to come to down the alley leading to our cliff house residence when you no longer live in the area and there is ample other access to the beach I will consider it a provocative action on your part.
