Please let us know if you are interested in our offer.

 

We are willing to pay $X a month if the landlord is willing after the 2 years to grant us an option for another 5 years, not to mention we would also be willing to pay each years rent in advance, something which is not required by our existing landlady who few would argue rents to us the most prized one-of-a-kind home in all of Del Mar.

 

Moreover, you would not need to put in a washer-dryer as we would be keeping our cliff house commonly known as Carriage House as well as our stone home in the Cleveland National Forest where we spend a great deal of our time when not traveling the world, to mention little of while we are doing our "fence fixing" around the world by having people question our manmade borders that mostly interrupt the flow of logical thought processing you would not need to invest in a several thousand dollar fence.

 

We would, however, like to have hardwood floors placed in the studio house versus a carpet and of course we would expect for the "clean up" to be completed prior to move in.

 

More importantly, in my humble opinion, than any of the above and very conscious I am of this being a money, money, money, me, me, me world is how I see this property allowing Marie and me to "give peace a better chance" as we combine our talents in the field of art and "risk assessment" to educate the masses not to be so quick to resort to violence by buying into the nonsense that "all rich people are crooks".

 

My forthcoming book, THE HISTORY OF MONEY CREATION AND ITS FUTURE! covers a subject that is mostly unknown to the western world which is almost exclusively about money, not to mention how real estate inflationary bidding wars are at the heart of the current civil war crisis in Iraq that has the entire western world facing economic crisis as the masses around the world for the first time in the history of humankind have the ability as a result of the internet to examine EXACTLY what it means when a superpower like the United States with EVERYTHING AT STAKE cannot use its military mite against a bunch of increasingly sophisticated urban guerillas.

 

Assuming the owners of this property are truly interested in holding and are not interested as are most people who own speculative real estate to "cut and run" were the masses not just in the 3rd world but here in the U.S. to figure out the logical next step to our military mite no longer Almighty enough to force our oil tyrants to accept our currency that is not backed by gold or for that matter an economy that is today only able to show growth of any kind as a result of real estate inflationary bidding wars that are within moments in the history of time from ending altogether, then I would strongly suspect that they would want to be fortunate to have long term tenants like my wife and I who could live anywhere in the world including owning our very private island with all the amenities that would make both houses look like a dump but who choose to "stand tall" and fight the "right fight" which is all about teaching the truth of how we particularly in the western world got to this point where the only thing propping up our currency is our military might and the war industry that is noW looking defeat "square in the eye".

Ps – this email below is the one I mentioned that I had received not long before we met at our cliff house. Again, it has taken my wife and I” [sic] going on 5 years to find what we believe to be the “perfect tenant” even though Mr. Clark is not going to be paying us “top rent” to operate our bed and breakfast café overlooking the Bristol Channel with Wales in the background.

 

Real estate speculation goes against the grain of any logical thinker, again a subject matter so very few know the first thing about given how the subject of “money creation” has never, not once ever been taught, at least to us westerners.

Any way I have got final Lease and am only waiting for 1954 act notice so that I can have it sworn at my solicitors  ! should be with me tomorrow then armed with all , will get it to your solicitors along with deposit ASAP , possibly Thursday or Friday
