Once
one understands the mindset of SCALs [Shareholder Class Action
Litigators] so invested in their righteous quest to bring balance in
what they know to be a totally rigged market, the basic fundamentals of the stock market
built on nothing short of “clay feet”
only then can you begin to get comfortable with how such well educated
individuals “use and abuse” the likes of you, so careful are the likes of SCALs to only speak with “seasoned”
business journalists who more often than not although “well tenured” are in the
“resignation” stage of “making as much hay” in the limited time available.

know about their strengths which makes Mr.

failure of Mr. JRK’s “arch enemy” Bill Lerach to follow
up back in the spring of 1999 at the Business Week gathering in Phoenix,
Arizona on those two-third of the 100 top Chief Financial Officers of America’s
largest corporations asking them whether they believed those one third who
answered “No”, that they had never been asked to “falsify the financial
statements” who in all probability were either in the “denial”

“resignation”
stage were telling the truth gives you a sense of what was behind Mr. Lerach’s
decision to make “public” something those of us “in the know” have known a
lifetime provides you with a “window” to view what is really going on this “God
eat God” [sic] world of SCALs, you
now have nothing short of a “window of opportunity” to do “the
right thing.”
As
I ended our conversation I give everyone I come into contact with the benefit
of the doubt mindful though of the realities of the world where so many of us
occidentals have allowed our formal education to interfere with our learning.
May
I make a couple of suggestions in conduction “due diligence” on me, the first is to examine Federal Judge,
Jack B. Weinstein’s opinion in the reversal of a landmark multi-million
jury away involving “soft tissue injury” crediting me
with coming forward and providing the “irrefutable smoking gun proof” of
deception by the plaintiff-s and their attorneys and to then call Mr. Krinsk
and ask him one simple question, “Is Gary S. Gevisser credible?”
