unaware as Greg Beckham wrote in his handwritten letter to me and my wife dated
December 14th 2004 after we
had just moved into the main section of the house that,
“the studio is not a
conforming residence and the city has closed me down before.”

It is my experience in corporate
restructurings-workouts that when someone gets away just once with committing a
foul act i.e. building into their “cost of sales”
the “cost of getting caught” it becomes
that much easier on the next go around to sock it to those further down the pyramid
eventually thinking themselves so godly, sitting in the galleries with folded
hands watching those at the bottom of the pyramid fight for the scraps, enough
to make you vomit?
So many of us Americans believing that if you rent
you must be both poor as well as stupid?
Given Mr. Beckham’s extraordinary “fast and loose” play with both his words and actions
in dealing with me and my wife in recent times having apparently accumulated
most of his recent wealth the result of the real estate inflationary bidding
wars, I am not in the least bit surprised that he has while preaching to us
that we be “more community oriented.. learn to get along
with my own kind” [sic] has in fact run
afoul of the law in his jewelry business that you tell me once
required the City of Del Mar stepping in, forcing Mr. Beckham to make “adjustments”
which I thought I heard you say earlier today had SCUPTURAL JEWELRY located at
1014 Stratford Court just up the lane from our second residence in Del Mar
“expanding on to the roof”?
My wife and I are very concerned that nothing get
“swept under the carpet”
and toward this effort which we believe while enlightening the poor and
downtrodden but not necessarily anywhere near as stupid as Mr. Beckham and Co.
will also protect ourselves, our friends, our pets and our plants, we are
continuing to “go public”
with our findings and so we believe should the City of Del Mar.
BTW isn’t it an odd thing to have a door
between 2 separate units, our hallway downstairs that leads in to the garage
area has this locked door leading into these 2 converted garages which we also
refer to as “The Cave”?
It is time, wouldn’t you agree that those who
usurp their limited authority not be allowed to use what may very well be
“ill-gotten” gains to continue playing it “fast and
loose” while honest hardworking people just trying to make ends meet,
“sum” [sic] of us amongst the “favored class” doing our
level best to empower the kids to parent the parents who need the most help find
themselves so disgusted with “business as usual”
particularly amongst corrupt City Halls deciding to the point that we simply
pack our bags leaving the wolves to end up eventually in a feeding frenzy
amongst their own kind?
Mankind so unkind to G-D-NAture it no surprise we
are unkind to mankind, the oxymoron of all time?
What goes around comes around but with a vengeance?
357 Parish Lane is a unique property, the
architecture one of a kind and it is unfortunate it has already lost some of
its character to mention little of the additional traffic at all times of the
day and night.

Desperate people are known to act desperately and my
sense is that Mr. Beckham demonstrates rather well he will stop at nothing to
get his way.
