repeat, my partner-wife’s expression,
“When the dialogue becomes too monologues it is the
beginning of the end” [sic].
Your
decision to end our dialogue at 8:52 PM PST after 48 minutes and 49 seconds on
the basis that you considered my remarks governing human decency and logical
thought processing to be a “personal attack” on you is akin to my
mother only willing to debate people who agree with her.
In
the words of your son Devin,
Any, and all moral
highground is undermined if the minute one's proprietary skin has been saved,
one turns a blind eye to lesser, equivalent, or greater evil. The fact that the
gift of one's life has been spared obligates one to, if not ruthlessly wield
the sword of righteousness, to at the very least, shine a light into the dark
corners where evil manifests. Otherwise you are abetting the Devil you've
recently dodged.
Perhaps with the time approaching midnight on the east
coast, assuming you are home with Mrs. Standard, one can excuse you being “quick
tempered” with me?
Then again your comments were much like Melvyn Weiss’

So who do you think was the
possible imposter in the posting on the eRaider.com website some 3 minutes
later with this,
both Melvyn Weiss Esq. who I understand to be a member of the New York State
Bar, as well as his “front” Professor Aaron Brown quite adamant that Melvyn Weiss Esq.
although a moderator of eRaider’s Shareholder Rights lounge has yet to post a
single message going back to the beginning of their voyage together,,, why the
cover up?
I can understand a lot of
things that may be going through your mind in your attempts to convince me
otherwise, but
at age 47 I am rather long in the tooth having been pretty much “home schooled”
by pretty smart parents, stress no doubt a killer, worse, in my opinion, is the
damage one does to your next of kin by failing to do the right thing, agree?
So good it seems are the better
educated in pontificating where they went wrong in life, at least that is what
I surmise takes place when they get “face to face” with their maker, agree?
In my opinion you have done
more than simply allow your formal education to interfere with your learning,
causing me to think a little more about your very thoughtful wife’s parting
comment, “Be Careful” when she and I spoke on Friday May 7th, my
getting the sense that as busy as you are quite a lot must have gone through
your head during these past 13 odd days?
Nothing to be gained at this
time by spelling things out given your reluctance, again in my opinion, to
handle the truth to mention just in passing I never asked for you to do
anything more than “introduce” me to the prosecutors who have already convened
2 Grand Juries seeking an indictment against Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes and
Lerach, so for you to throw at me your unwillingness to place your “reputation”
on the line as if such individuals would be reliant on your “good name” to
influence the grand jury members seems a little overboard?
To mention little of my
pointing out to you a Grand Jury only gets to hear the prosecutions side of the
story, the prosecutors no doubt already believing they have a good case without
any of the irrefutable “smoking
gun evidence” in my possession, wouldn’t you agree?
With that said, when you have

Ps – You say that you
have appeared many times before Federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein. I could not
find any reference on The Internet to him citing you in any way,
good, bad or indifferent, different to what you see in the “wise” hyperlink.
