Kim – I have been so preoccupied with things – I sold the building on Feb 2nd - Washington Mutual were able thru escrow to charge me $4K odd for the pleasure of them buying me insurance at a rate that I understand is in breach of the California FAIR PLAN, agree?
My hope is that folks such as yourself will get with the program, gather as many as u can for a one of a kind insurance seminar that I plan to put on in due course to tie in with the promotion of my book Manager Minute One, the timing of this, more likely a “work shop”, could come sooner if u were to assist in spreading the word what an incredible disservice Eliot Spitzer, Attorney General of New York did in settling with Marsh and McLennan, the largest insurance brokerage house in the world, without getting rid of its cancerous head, limb and torso, making more and more folks like me in tune with the times seeing no way out but to “go bare” sell off our worthless earthly possessions including our sex slave husbands and all their gobbledygook and if forced to buy insurance to simply as I have chosen at this time, opt out of the “rat race” which unless there is a suspension in the trading of public corporations will spell the most incredible doom as panic hits not just the stock market but the real estate industry and in the end who will bother with insurance, to mention little of what real estate agents can do to the professionalism of what little remains in the insurance industry when they cannot sell real estate, agree?
Gary
Ps – By now u should be fully up to speed on my painstaking efforts not to upset the applecart.
