Ms. Belville – I am responsible for adding your name to the Cc: section since I figured as managing partner of KTS’ Fair Housing Department u have nothing better to do with your time than to be so fortunate to get any email from my Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion, one incredible woman, agree?

Have u not given consideration to say your children, what about their friends and future lovers considering how it might look “down the road”, the failure of your profession to at least call for an inquiry into why it is that Public Defenders who support your poor habits haven’t been screaming at the top of their lungs to get lawyers-liars to be sent at least to conventry for placing misleading information on the front page of very time sensitive documents or do u think all this will pass in good time, bad behavior, poor excuses getting increasingly difficult, wouldn’t u agree?

A Name From Here You Can Trust Over There

Ps – U know of course as well as the ever increasingly enlightened masses of the world that the difference between getting justice here in the United States and say in a banana republic like South Africa is simply a differing cost in bribing government officials to get laws passed, our monetary system all ready to implode should balance things out, agree?

BTW, in South Africa a good number of people, black and white r asking, “Why pay taxes to a government who buys himself lear jets and diplomatic pouches?” increasingly aware, thanks to yours truly, the ultimate insider, that the DeBeers-Anglo American rich of rich accept such padded expenses of their stooges, the masses tho, around the world just eating it up as none of u seem to be able to resist clicking on to this hyperlink and this hyperlink and then think about the anger management courses u may not be able to afford for your LWWE kids when they find it all but impossible to compete against the ever enlightened Tefo Mohapi’s of the world?

Ps I – Now which group to u want to be added to, the “shit list” or the “deafening silent”?

Dear Marie,

Would you kindly remove my address from your e-mail list?  The gesture would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Don't expect... me to accept any deduction for the cleaning of the carpet, it was left dirty when I moved in and u were supposed to give me a $100 for the cleaning which u never did, it must have slipped your mind, once more.

Furthermore, the general condition I left the house in was far better than your superficial cleaning, remember the toilet seat, the kitchen sink +  the roof eaves, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms I had painted as well as the wall going up the stairs and the dirty window sills to name butt a handful of items to mention little of the condition of both the front and backyard r in far better condition than what I found, not to forget the window in the master bedroom that u failed to replace, again refer back to my Advisor-partners-husband-Gary S. Gevisser emails strongly suggestive that doing any deal with u was an accident waiting to happen.

I will respond upon receiving the final accounting.

Marie Dion

Ps - We went to check on the items left in the driveway and either friends spending time in Mexico picked them up and/or someone u know saw value in them particularly the bed that may have been saturated in the recent rains.

Ps I - While my brother and I prepare one incredible dinner in our new home that provides a bird's eye view of Simple Smith's dirt dwelling-s I have relied on my APH to communicate with u as he sees fit.

Marie Stewart,

I am working on what will be deducted from your security deposit right now.  The ceiling light fixture in the kitchen area was broken and I found it in the trash can by the side of the house. The carpets need cleaning, plus general cleaning - the counters/sinks/microwave/windows/floors, etc. The debris left on the driveway needs to be removed. The lights need to be taken down from the trees in the backyard. There may be other items, but this is what I have found so far. I should know the amount to be deducted shortly. Hope you are happy in your new home.
