Here is how to find the video of the Public Hearing. Go to www.delmar.ca.us  Go to E-Services, then video on demand, then April 4th 2005 video. Next, go to the Noise Ordinance amendment (item 10). Then go to about 1:20 into the meeting to get to Councilman Druker. You will see how unprofessional he was during the meeting. You will see where he states:

1:23:20    "En Fuego...it's a Madhouse."        Untrue.

1:23:25    "Publicized as a place to come for a drink late at night."    Untrue.

                "It's not the kind of business we want in town."        Personal Bias.

                "It's not what I want to see in this town."                    Personal Bias.
