Ivan – I just posted up on the AIG Yahoo message board my earlier response to Mr. Ron Bellows Senior, a senior risk management specialist at AIG that may have slowed down at least for the remainder of the evening, a magnificent sunset now taking place, those small number of people, again relatively speaking wanting to “sumhow” [sic] make poor poor me, a poor, poor little Rattlesnake upset?

Given the fact that Dr. John K. Pollard has now been waiting for a good half hour along with my wife at our Tree House residence and I am still over at our other rented residence overlooking the rather smooth magnificent Pacific Ocean, a flock of 5 pelicans just this instant first coming right up to the oversized windows of our Cliff House before heading due west now skirting the water looking for the relatively little lift provided by the ocean, I think I can see our JoNathan getting up on his new but second hand feather light and very small surfboard a little further south as I get up with the keyboard and look in the southerly direction, promising my wife, Marie Dion Gevisser who looked once again just out of this world in court today, that I would be over in less than a minute leaving me about 30 seconds to share my thoughts on your request both with you as well as a statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate population, leaving me with the rest of the time to choose not all that carefully the folks in the blind copied section.

There is a part of me that says I should give you “the benefit of the doubt” that you would not seek to use our conversation given our long friendship to create “doubt” as in “He Said-She Said.”

I also know, however, that you are one of the smartest business attorneys walking the planet and had to have been aghast that Mr. Jeffrey Malatskey who I believe is a partner at Ernest and Young one of less than a handful accounting-“audirting” [sic] firms remaining would seek to intimidate me by throwing your name so “randomly” in to his bs communiqué especially as you started to get your arms around the evidence of his extraordinary “slight of hand” thinking that “sumhow” [sic] I would have forgotten given the “lapse of time” his failure to answer my question, “Could you explain to me why a publicly traded company should be valued any more than a private company?”, while straightforward goes to the heart of why so many of us are willing to accept the “status quo” given how much “graft” is available for the “taking” so long as one has but an ounce of larceny in one’s heart and little of bit of “worldly experience” that bothers your and my “favored class” to “know end” [sic].

More than likely you are not wanting to chat about Jeffrey Malatskey even if able to have accumulated a nest egg that in a “controlled state” could be sold off for less than one hundredth of what either you or I would receive from our respective net assets, of course not including the estates of our respective wives, bearing in mind that Jeffrey has spent an entire career doing nothing more than pushing paper giving momworker63s, orphans, widows, widowers, pensions and the even more “brainne dead” [sic] than himself nothing more than a false sense of security.

But you may have “sum” [sic] concerns about the “fallout” to those of us much higher up the pyramid who may in fact have SIGNIFICANTly less “black hands” should I not succeed in drawing a clear distinction between honest and hardworking people such as very possibly you and me who know to never be “co-opted” at any price and to walk away from making a dime if we know that while benefiting ourselves it also means as in the case of most if not all trading of shares in public corporations someone is losing a dime and then some, and of course there is the other “fallout” from having been “taken” often times not able to assign a monetary value outside of psychologist and psychiatric bills?

I have already received sufficient responses from people all around the world with very likely similar concerns to you so fearful of others drawING with a “broad brush” once they understand how someone like Jeffrey Malatskey could accumulate a single dime in net worth given the “true nature” of his industry.

The next generation while getting up to Light-G-D-Speed on how the “system” works still finding it increasingly difficult to make “ends meet” the result of primarily a banking system built around the dispensation of “favors” by my DAAC [DeBeers Anglo American Cartel] family again not going back to the year dot but that fateful year in 1933 when a sickly Democratic United States President did nothing short of a “deal with the devil” appointing as the first Chairman of the Securities Exchange Commission Joe Kennedy one of the first LWWE Americans under the “command and control” of the DAAC.

You must surely appreciate my position given the incredible number of calls I have got in recent times from someone over at the New York Times either hell bent on helping me expose this communist organization or equally possible at this time someone rather sophisticated thinking that they can outsmart me at this time by “sumhow” [sic] placing “fear” in my heart.

Such a person of course could be a member of my immediate family, or my wife’s former deranged husband or even the property manager of our Tree House residence knowing that even if we don’t prevail in court I have the evidence in my possession sufficient to get the increasing number of independent thinkers all around the world to know that not only do I always tell the truth but my “command of numbers” if I had but an ounce of larceny in my body would have had my estate by this time far greater than that of Charles Englehard who at the time my uncle David Gevisser took over the “running” of his empire was beyond a shadow of a doubt the richest man in the world.

There should be nothing preventing you from placing things in “black and white” or simply doing the smart thing and the right thing which is also the smart thing and visiting with me here in Del Mar.
