1) The electrical sockets in the house need to be replaced, something she believes I could do then again I cannot say for “certain” Marie is not part of a conspiracy to have me disappear altogether.

 

2) The master bedroom carpet has seen better days.

 

3) The termite droppings may be more than “par for the course” something apparently already brought to the attention of your real estate agent along with the roof leak.

Renee hello - With permission from my partner-wife Marie Dion I would like to invite you and your husband to visit once again with us at your Garden of Eden.

 

By telling a little about ourselves our next meeting should make for more meaningful dialogue bearing in mind Marie’s profound words,

 

“When the dialogue becomes tT∞ monologues it is the beginning of the end” [sic].

 

I am in the final stages of completing “our” book, Manager Minute One [MM1], which like the infinity sign has no middle, beginning or end, I am tho, about to write the introduction, not to forget my Endless Universe piece that got published fairly recently in the Del Mar Times that read,

 

Where does all this endless development end, our high school students the next “on the firing line” some 4,400 strong at Torrey Pines High School feeling like ants?

 

Time, wouldn’t you agree, for developers to pay a “market price” for permits to tear up the landscape that will at least ensure there are jobs available for the kids who are all our futures upon graduation, agree?

 

Such a high price today we pay at the pump for our mortgaging our children’s future never to forget the Yellow Peril and the counter revolution that caused the youth to “chop off the heads” of the educated even those elders who didn’t allow their formal education to interfere with their learning, agree?

 

So easy to investigate whether Mr. Burke and/or his real estate associates engaged in the pursuit of business when “holding fort” at local government offices, i.e. any evidence of say a business card changing hands, change in the air, agree?

 

The change of tide brought about in no small measure by the currents keeping things in balance may end up electrifying the masses to date so unorganized to hit the airwaves, ever so careful should any of us be in inciting violence no matter how much those hell bent on maintaining the status quo would prefer our youth show their grit, agree?

 

The lack of integrity displayed amongst Del Mar’s civic leaders so well articulated in last week’s edition enough for some of us with kids at both the elementary and high school level to vomit.

 

The main point here is that altho I am in need of good editor I happen to be rather “negative”, relatively speaking that is, of real estate to mention little of my call for President Bush to do the smart thing and immediately suspend trading of the stock markets, my call back on July 23rd 2002 altho not picked up by the mainstream press had more than handful of the smartest people in the world contacting me, pleading with me to seek some rest, as they went about positioning themselves to benefit from the landslide of landslides within moments in the space of time hitting the world’s financial markets. My plea to help the momworker63, widows, orphans and pensioners read,

 

The collapse of the stock market here in the United States is all but certain. It makes no sense that a publicly traded company should be valued more than a private business which generally sells for between 3 and 5 times predictable earnings plus liquidation value, i.e. "less godwill blah blah blah" [sic]. And remember management of private companies are much more accountable assuming they have the checks in place for their "audirtors not writely balanced" [sic].

 

Publicly traded companies with their diverse shareholder ownership allow management much more flexibility to mix things up, taking with the right and hooking the owners with their left, lefties to boot. Right now the smart money has left or is in the process of leaving the markets in search of "safer heavens", safe harbor provisions a thing of the past.

 

President Bush should do the smart thing and immediately suspend trading of public corporations, thereby protectING the innocent and naive who are simply throwing good money after bad. Those well run public companies should have no fear for they will be at a competitive advantage relative to the capital that has been so smartly socked away.

 

The scars of 1907 remain on the masonry buildings housing the stock exchange of Wall Street. The fundamentals of the economy at that time were much worse than in 1929. One man J.P. Morgan saved the day, not so lucky for the victims of 1929. History has a way of repeating itself but today the "risk markets" are more fragile than at any time in history.

Unless u were to actually take occupancy of your one of a kind property, it is unlikely u would be able to get others to assist u in us all helping “draw the line in the sand” than if say someone as articulate as Marie were to purchase this property from u, assuming of course u were first of all even thinking of opposing what may in fact be a very reasonable second story add-on, agree?

 

Then again if u were to have paid such an ungodly sum of money for a “dump”, again just relative to your Garden of Eden, and if u were part of the maddening crowd in this unconscionable, “Dog eat God” [sic] world u would possibly move mountains to get your castle built caring less about the sunlight that would block out your neighbors perhaps even making the case be4 the “bought and paid 4” [sic] Del Mar planning board,

I guess I should also make u aware that I am calling for a boycott of the races Where the Turf meets the Surf, which may rub up a number of folks not in tune with the heartbeat of the universe which if I am successful should have a zero impact on real estate prices assuming they reflect the fundamentals of a healthy vibrant economy as opposed to the “inflationary bidding war” which I believe has everything to do with things going so topsy, turvy curvy leading me once again to the point,
