It never went into escrow.
Just starting a reply to a broker from Coldwell banker,
his email seeming to spell out clearly that my wanting to net $1.725 million
out of the deal is still very reasonable,,, the time 11:15 AM PT, the next time
I look at the currency markets I might come back and tell u that if could net
17.25 cents after paying off my mortgage of $330,000 I would be as happy as a
lark.

I heard that bldg fell out of Escrow, what's the asking
price today.
You sent me a couple of e-mails on communication with
other brokers not sure what that is all about.
We may be interested but its all about price and placement. To be honest we have just put under contract
30 M in 5 properties and closed escrow on 3 other larger properties.
