First
and most importantly welcome home.
The
"heart wrenching" issue involving Don Riley who has a U.S Forest
Service Gold permit is one that is only "our" business-personal once
it gets a "too close to home", i.e. starts effecting our pocket
books.
Don's
"run in" with Corporal
McClendon of the Pine Valley Sheriff's Dept. would not have
"escalated" had the Corporal sufficient grounds for telling Don on
August 1st over at
Moreover,
were it not for the “Rothburns” [sic]
in cabin 21 raising the point about Don having the "right permit"
along with a host of other fallacious issues that in fact address the systemic
rot caused by the indifference of so many of us "getting more than
our fair share of the graft-spoils of war" I would most likely
have chosen to keep you as well as the rest of the cabin owners with land use
permits in the "DAAC" [sic].
"Forcing
my hand even more" to bring Public International Attention was the
decision by corporal McClendon to "pursue" Don Riley on August
15th into our "backyards" with the clear purpose to further
intimidate him in an effort to achieve, at a minimum, Don Riley not pursuing
litigation against both the corporal and the San Diego "
I
am, while relatively young, and I think it is fair to say in better both
physical and mental shape than 99.99% of Americans half my age, rather "long
in the tooth" when it comes to understanding a number of things
including why IT IS that internecine
fighting is the bloodiest.
Don
Riley's family, at approximately 11:15 AM on August 15th, saw fit to call me
frantically at our cabin to go to Don's immediate assistance as the corporal
with "back up" surrounded Don's camper trying to get him to step out
even though once again the corporal didn’t have either a search warrant, an
arrest warrant or "probable cause" for these law enforcement officers
of the law, armed to the teeth, journeying as they so rarely do just up the
road from our cabins on what I always thought was "public lands"
belonging to the Cleveland National Forest but according to Michele from the
U.S. Forest Service who later showed up to "lend support" to the
out-of-control corporal Don had "overstayed his welcome" on
"private lands", not to mention the corporal did everything outside
of removing his loaded gun from his holster to have me leave this most
extraordinary scene that of course happens all the time, especially to poor
Americans who just so happen to be mostly black, but for good reason rarely
gets reported in the mainstream media for more than the fact that there are a
lack of live as well as credible witnesses such as me.
This
rather attractive looking Michele with the U.S. Forest Service would not have
forced Don to leave the Cleveland National Forest had the corporal who clearly
"has it in for" Don Riley not decided it was NOW TIME to complain about Don "overstaying his welcome"
in the Cleveland National Forest as everyone including the U.S. Forest Service
turns one blind eye to the next over much more flagrant violations of permits
that go well beyond "sum" [sic] of us placing chains over anything
but private driveways, not to mention all the illegal cabin extensions that
have been going on for donkeys years right before the eyes of the Forest
Rangers who weren't able to prevent your recent break in.
Need
I repeat the story of how when they first came for the Jews, the gypsies and
the blacks and no one complained it made it that much easier with no one left
to complain when they came for the rest of the independent thinkers so much so
that all who remained after the Holocaust of World War II were the whiners.
It
is easy to either get all "caught up" in all the detail knowing full
well that "one man's system is another man's corruption" or choose to
be "distracted" by "he said-she said" situations.
Up
until one is dead and/or doesn't have a pot to pee in or is simple bedridden
waiting for the inevitable confrontation with our extraordinarily SMART, good
and vengeful Superior Being, everything comes
down to sitting around debating who is and who isn't "honest" as we,
our politicians, our clerics pontificate on the importance of a "value
system" which is rather hard to find amongst any group of people whose
"value system" is a function of the direction of the wind.
Don't
you think it is a little weird that

me also point out something else that appeared in today's New York Times in an
article about a Mr. Mintz who makes a living serving as a
"confidante" to the likes of a Ms. Hilton, the 25-year-old heiress.
According
to Mintz, "Young people don't believe in politicians. The don't
believe in their leaders. They look to celebrities to represent them."
Last
night while my wife and I were enjoying dinner at an upscale restaurant here in
Del
Mar, a compulsive gambler as well as alcoholic kept interfering with our "right
to quiet enjoyment" beginning by letting us know how generous he
was to a hostess at another restaurant across the walkway at the Del Mar Plaza
in downtown Del Mar, buying this "plain Jane" young woman who he
clearly didn't know very well a pair of $380 earrings from the jewelry shop right
next to where we were seated in a patio eating area, eventually ordering for my
dog Pypeetoe a Fillet Mignon steak that runs about $40 and of course as soon as
this gentleman who comes into town for the horse-race reason had found another
"distraction" I canceled the order.
It
is one thing for someone like Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk of
Finkelstein & Krinsk, very possibly the richest litigator-business person
in the world to pay $88 for a 48 ounce Porterhouse Steak at Rainwaters in downtown San Diego
just for Pypeetoe, my Super Fast Italian Greyhound who as you would know
doesn't "rili"
[sic] need such expensive meat in order for him to be in the most perfect shape
imaginable, to mention little of G-D-NAture having got rid of our canine
teeth as well as our tails that has us still
in defiance going around in circles trying to catch our tails, but for a total
stranger whose first name we don't even know to be allowed to interfere with
again our "right to quiet enjoyment", tolerated by the
restaurant establishment who corrupt their staff in the process ONLY BECAUSE
this sicko who very possibly isn't able to maintain a relationship very long
with anyone of the opposite sex because he may not be so sweet and caring when
turning violent, HAS MONEY TO BURN is very sick and telling of a
"nutty and fruitcake" society that has so lost its way, to mention in
passing that Mr. JRK is certainly, in my humble but seasoned opinion, the
most "skilled and experienced" Shareholder Class
Action Litigator, smart enough to engage my unique and universal
"risk assessment" services, not
to mention California the largest producer of nuts and fruits in the world?.
Without
an understanding of the history of "money creation" one really cannot expect much "good"
to come from anyone.
