I assume the basic requirement of having a “high net worth” remains the same, every “name” subject to “unlimited exposure”?

 

There is an individual I know who appears to have as part of his net worth, in addition to real estate holdings, a relatively significant number of gem quality diamonds that have been appraised. Assuming his SIGNIFICANT net worth is comprised mostly of diamonds and of course they would have to be independently appraised would this individual who I obviously cannot vouch for be able to apply along with me?
