I took the time to read all of the letters on your
referenced website; most thought provoking to say the least.
After receiving your response of interest, I called the
SR. VP of Corporate Public Relations of H & J Energy Company, Inc.(HJEC)to
relay your request for the "nuts and bolts" of the deal and the
