Hello darling. Many thanks for your invitation to spend a couple of weeks with you and Marie in U.K. I would really like to relax in Somerset/Devon with you guys,, but unfortunately I will not find it possible, for I am still waiting for my Retirees Visa for Australia, failing which I will get a Visitors Visa, as I have booked to leave for Melbourne on the 18th of August. I had also thought of flying into New York early in August to be with Neil, who is having an op to his shoulder on the 4th of August. but with time constraints and the thought of all the flying involved in August, decided against this idea. In any case Neil felt that it would be too much travelling for me and has friends who will be fetching and carrying for him. I believe that Neil will wait a week or two, after his op, before he goes to Wivy for some months to recover.
