Subject: I detest those who derive
great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil
doesn't come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork.
Mr. Chris, [1-800-2275511]
I apologize for not knowing your last name but I think you
will get over that.
I cannot though get over the comments you apparently made to
my wife Marie Dion Stewart who told me the following, “Chris called. He
said that after reviewing the www.sellnext.com
website the owner of the house concluded that it was too much of a risk renting
the house to me.”
Please respond ASAP and try and at least get the principal
of your firm do the right thing and investigate this matter to make certain
that you provided the owner of the house with all the pertinent information.
I just hung up the phone on a Mr. Lorenzo who is apparently
the principal of your firm after he told me, “Don’t bother sending
the email. If the owner of a house doesn’t want to rent you their
property, blah blah.”
Suffice to say, I am just a little surprised that the owner
of a property would take offense at anything contained in my website www.sellnext.com.
Now the fact that your firm apparently ran out of rental
signs thinking that a “For Sale” sign would do the job or the fact
that you told us that “dogs were negotiable” whereas the ad in the
newspaper stated very clearly in bold capital letters, “PETS OK”, seems to me more evidence of the same
tardiness we experienced with other agents, agree?
Rest assured if this matter is not resolved to my
satisfaction, at a minimum, this email will appear on the www.sellnext.com website as well as a handful
or more of the other 100 websites currently under construction.
Sincerely yours,
