Hi Gary,

I viewed your cottage Seacrest Quay West ,Minehead , Somerset on July 1st

It really is a beautiful location, sadly with the property being left unoccuipied

for a long time and the effects of the weather and sea air the cottage is

showing real signs of deterioration. Unfortunatly all the windows and doors

have become rotten the gutters and drains have plants growing from them which

can cause leaks and further promblems to a property if left unchecked. The

property show signs of damp and the electrics look old and unsafe, there

are tiles moved and missing from the roof.

This property needs someone to love and restore it back to it's former glory

I would like to have the opportunity to do this. In it's present condition

I could offer to buy this house for £ 245,000

It has long been a dream for myself and my family to live by the sea in a

setting that inspires us. I believe if we had the chance to live in Seacrest

we could realise our dreams.
