Dave – remember to remove the meph drip from the back of your head, and please accept my apologies for assuming you would sleep like MDG so often does flat on her back.

I don’t recall asking you to be on the computer sending me photos when you need to be taking care of business which includes focusing on the numbers and stopping with your boring nonsense that I “mistrust the world”, nothing can be further from the truth.

But you are 100% correct in recalling time and again the so important lesson of my Royal Mater that has stood me great stead that has me today in the “pound seats” living not only much longer than I ever expected but living the true “life of Riley” while being afforded by our great and extraordinarily SMART and vengeful G-d to empower the next generation of independent thinkers while taking the likes of you who don’t when to stop kicking a gift horse in the on the most relaxing Educational Light Journey.

Feel free at any time to know when you would like me to come over and present my Educational Light Journey-One Tribe of Achievers seminar-workshop that will include the Excel Spreadsheet you see in this hyperlink that I prepared for very young teenagers that I suspect shouldn’t take you but 3 times as long to get your “arms around” bearing in mind it was designed for kids of elementary school age who would have to forego catching approximately 8 waves, at least on that day when the interval at 11th Street in Del Mar was about 36 seconds, bearing in mind that it was quite late at night and so there was quite a lot of guess work.

Suffice to say, you would need to set aside no more than 36 minutes to master the excel worksheet which would have fully equipped to prevent you ever again being sent to “Coventry”.

While you are at sleep on this already heavily broadcasted and READ communiqué that might have folks from all over the world showing up just to see you in the flesh assuming correctly that it is highly unlikely you and I will ever get around to a “meetings of the minds”.

As tired as you no doubt are for reasons we can right now agree to disagree on, you are obviously not in the least bit confident that you can make a profit on YOUR PROJECTION 70,000 turnover per year.

Let me help you with the math. We had agreed on a base of 600 pounds a month. There are 12 months in any calendar year including leap years.

12 multiplied by 6 is 7200 which is 200 more than "7K per yr fixed".

How can I trust you with paying me anything more when you may have the same problem with computing "a bonus" with you have in not understanding the difference between "net" that has me having to trust you a whole lot more than "gross"?

as much as I would like to pay you massive ammounts for the privilage of running Seacrest I have to be realistic what if we say we max at 7k per yr fixed 2 yr and arrive at a bonus payment based on profititibility to be discussed as some sort of business deal please try to look at this in some sort of progressive option

best regards ( very tired dave )

Since you are online and I have a moment to think before sending out a rather important heavily broadcasted and read communiqué that could end up "drawing" folks to Ccrest if there was someone running it who wouldn't be "conflicted out" not to mention time and again your choosing to ignore the inherent conflicts of interest with me sharing in the "net", how much would you be prepared to pay as a base rent bearing in mind your projection, not mine, of 70,000 per year for two years?

And if you want to drop that number for whatever reason don't bother explaining just focus on my question.
