Chris – I have now tried on 2 separate occasions to fill out the online form and on both occasions I have run into an “error” when coming to fill in the investment properties that I own.

In the interest of saving time to mention little of frustration which as I said before could relate solely to my wireless Internet connection for some reason being at the beach here in Del Mar, California the connection seems to go in and out with the tide, I will spells things out as best I can beginning with the one investment property I own in Santa Monica, California which can be accessed on The Internet by clicking on below:

It is a 6 unit apartment building that I purchased back in February 1987 and converted in the mid 1990s into condominiums, i.e. there is separate title on each. The market value of the property is approximately $2.2 million. The mortgage on the property is approximately $340,000.

My total worldwide indebtedness is approximately $X and my net worth assuming a, “firesale liquidation”, no less than $X million although I would be rather disappointed if my wife were to sell any of the 5 works of art by artist-painter Sebastian Capella for less than $1 million, my having learned something from mother a lifetime ago about investing in artists such as Reg Gammon a Somerset local, who while alive and unlike Sebastian had yet to attract the maddening crowd, to mention little at this time of my intellectual property that I wouldn’t give up for all the money in the world.

Assuming you were to raise 100,000 pounds on the property I would use a good chunk of that to improve both the café as well as the bed and breakfast, our Seacrest=Ccrest location no doubt quite the “billboard”, the garage wall so perfectly angled at the turnaround down by the marina to capture the imagination of all those wanting to extend their walk into the enchanted forest although if they choose to simply enjoy the food and ambiance of the café that would be fine with me.

Obviously we wouldn’t put up a mural that would antagonize the neighborhood but you can bet your bottom dollar I will make the most use of that available space to mention in passing our plans call for building a one of a kind, state of the art self contained residence above the garage that will house Marie’s art studio.

Last summer we met with a couple of architects including a partner at Louise Crossman Architects located just up the road in Withycombe, my liking these Crossman folk notwithstanding their Withycombe address getting an honorable mention in Mutiny On The Bounty.

Chris, naturally I would like for you to raise as much as possible at the best possible rate.

In the United States I bank with Wells Fargo and although I don’t have any of the particulars like bank account numbers handy, doing all my banking by internet the pertinent information obscured, please feel free to contact my personal banker who is copied on this email.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
