Subject: Warning: Your mailbox is 97% full!
Your server mailbox is getting full. Before this session,
your mailbox was 97% full. If your mailbox becomes 100% full, incoming messages
cann received, and they will be returned to the sender.
Why is your mailbox getting full?
Your server mailbox has a limited amount of space, where
messages are stored until you download them to your computer. Your mailbox is
getting full for one of the following reasons:
- You have selected the 'keep mail on server' option in
your POP client's preferences. Therefore, a copy of each message is being saved
on the server.
- You have not checked your email from this POP client in
quite some time.
What should you do?
If you have NOT selected your 'keep mail on server'
option, your mailbox was probably getting full simply because you had not
checked your email recently through your POP client. By checking email now,
your email messages have been downloaded to your computer, and your mailbox
should now be empty.
If you HAVE selected your 'keep mail on server' option,
you will need to turn this option off now. Then, while the option is off, you
will need to check your mail to download all messages from the server. Note: If
you have specified a number of days for the server to retain your email with
this option, you might also prevent your mailbox from filling up in the future
by shortening the designated time frame.
If you choose to keep your email on the server, you will need to delete some of your email messages to free up some space in your mailbox. Please access your server mailbox through the Web at http://mail.sellnext.com/ and delete some of the messages in your Inbox.
