The only thing I can see in your brief at this time,
that quite frankly is a very low priority for me, is you not making it clear
that Marie’s kids are at this residence well under 50% of the time, nor
do I think you make it patently clear as did our former attorney about the kids
who are minors not being considered “persons”, i.e. perhaps you
should consult with Mr. Christian, forget his last name, as well as his partner
who was also quite adamant the children are not considered
“persons.”
I will be following up you later today to address
the “crux” of the matters that concern me greatly.
