Got crest
last nite rather knackered, Hoyle rang me again & I did say about renting
for one month to couple, think he is just trying to get something for nothing,
waste of effort.
When i got
here it looks loveley, it is a special place im sure & if someone cant see that they have no soul.
I think it
is excellent that Danielle, Marie & you are coming over, I am working up in
surrey but am sure can get time off to help get organized, also Maxine who
helped me knows everything there is to know will help when im not around, wish
i was here really but do have to help mum.
Going to
arrange rental etc 2day, will email later, let me know if you want money
transferred or kept here till you come, its such pity as im sitting here people
going past looking to see if open.

Hoyle, hes got your email address & im hoping he contacts you via his
friend over the weekend.
Mike the
neighbour phoned me earlier to ask if you would be interested in renting crest
for one month to his neighbours, their landlord is doing work to their property
& they need somewhere to stay while work carried out, here are details, one
couple & cat, female is called Kia, live in small place at back opposite to
Mikes which is the anchorage, know you met Mike when you were over, Ive seen
this couple & cat but dont know them. Theyre willing to pay 600pounds for
the month, if youre interested in this i would ask that out of that could come
the council tax, insurance & water rates, gas & electric, this is only
so I wouldnt have to pay them! think it would be approx 175, council tax is 97,
water 40, insurance 27, not much i would think for rest.
This would
only be useful of course if Danielle decided not to come over to run cafe.
Just let me
know what you think.

Im off to
stay with friend on boat 2mr till monday, there is no phone line so i wont be
