The origins of poor excuses!
Mr.
O'Reilly,
Your
consistency is pretty remarkable. You score in my book a 9 out of 10. Either
you are genuinely enlightened or you have, like I had working for me, an
outstanding staff that makes you look good in which case you need to take very
good care of them, parent them the same way you would have your children parent
you and/or you have a very soft spoken agent whispering in your ear. You were
wrong, though, when you said tonight, "...[It was] the kids who used to
make up the excuses." Children learn such behavior from their parents who
tolerate their own hypocrisy.
We need
to empower the children so that they can parent their parents who need the most
encouragement to retire as quickly as possible to the sideline where they can
take the deep breaths needed to protect the family name and legacy; at a
minimum making certain that they stay out of the way, poor excuses to
boot...---... back to Timbuktu.
