Later this afternoon or sumtime tomorrow I will be sending Paul Heirview a follow up email. It appears that there was a problem with the hyperlink in the last email.

Below is what I have written that seems to make the most cents so far. Please understand this is only in draft form, butt feel free to do with it as you please. Please I beg of all of you, do not interreferre with the process currently underway with the City of San Diego "road kill" department. Now remember I approach things from the bottom up. So what you see below is how the email will most likely end. I have to run now, things to do, places to visit, people to meet.

Oh yes one other thing, the following folks were included in initial “Re: RE:” email I sent out this past Saturday, September 14th:

As far as I am aware there are 4 attorneys in this entire group. Jeffrey Krinsk whose private email is jrk@class-action-law.com has contracted with me through his own corporation for my “work product” services and therefore constitutes “one- class-act.” Since I am being so methodical in my references to Mr. Krinsk I should be clear on the “goodytTOochews” [sic], neighbors Ms. Nancy and Jim, I forget their last name.

These neighbors of Marie, about 45% as the crow cries, are really only made up of my practicing lawyer; to the best of my knowledge, and as Danielle knows from one of my few remaining clients “Gevisser” can also mean “all knowledgeable.” I was impressed not only with the fact that it came from Danielle, John Ben and Marie Dion Stewart’s daughter, but it “eminemated” [sic] from a client who I have yet to provide much in the way of services although I have already been paid.

As far as I am aware Ms. Nancy is not licensed to practice law in the State of California. In other words there are really only 3 attorneys in that list who are probably best informed when it comes to giving other people advice including issues such as “attorney client priviledges” [sic] and again I don’t want to see any falling off any “cli-phs” soft sheets a must, because we are only talking about money and who is to say what pride is worth unless of course it turns out sum of the things I am saying as in “stop signs…road maps…wrong turns…IRR” turn out to be rather precise and prescient.

Now it is always possible that somehow I did in fact include Dr. John Ben Stewart on that list in which case, no harm no foul. The fact that everything that I am writing could very likely come out during the “discovery” process does not mitigate, at least in my mind, the damage that sum folks may be doing in adding fuel to this already pretty large wild fire.

I am not going to go out of my way to find out if in fact anyone else may have contributed to this additional distraction for the fact of the matter is that once again I have been distracted from my mission at hand, i.e. the launch of the NextraTerrestrial array of websites, starting out with the one you are now intimately familiar with and I assume you can all spell.

One of these days I am going to have go out and have simple business cards made up that simple spell the name clearly. Over the course of the past week alone I must have spent close to an hour spelling out just the name NextraTerrestrial although I go back and forth between capitalizing the middle day and the last T. The most wasted time seems to be the pregnant pauses sum folks need in order to recover from realizing that EmanANDdog backwards is pretty interesting. More than one person has said, “frightening.”

Once again, it will be up to Dr. John Ben Stewart to decide whether in fact he has a claim to “apportion” blame. In the meantime the “black box settlement”, cash portion that is, has now risen to $3 million. To repeat I go in 3s.

Naturally, I will provide my “best efforts” to make certain that anyone who has played it fast and loose, loses more than the shirt they are currently wearing, that they are held fully accountable under the laws that govern the State of California as well as any Federal Statutes which may have been violated. Now remember, I am not a lawyer, simply a failed university “chew-tOr” [sic].

The remaining lawyer in that group of 3 is Sidney Abelski. Marie has met Sidney and she and I once stayed at his house in Skokie Illinois, which has a lot of holocaust survivors. Actually there used to be; most, like Sidney’s parents are dead. I have yet to get around to asking Sidney whether his folks received any settlement out the multi-billion award my friend Deborah Sturman was responsible for engineering right from the very start.

Sidney is an only child and my best friend; certainly I have know Sidney longer than any of my other attorney friends and yes there are many very good honest lawyers. I know for certain that if I needed Sidney in a crunch he will make certain all guilty parties pay a handsome price.

Sidney, most would agree, is still very good looking and can no doubt about it, handle himself in any courtroom. In all the years I knew King Golden never once did I mention the name Sidney Abelski in his “presents” [sic]. Who knows although Sidney has his work cut out for him “write now” [sic] he may cum and give me a hand this September 26th although my plan is to short-circuit a setting that would allow for just a few hundred privileged folk sum of whom seemed to be making wrong turn after wrong despite my record of accomplishment being oh so easily viewable on The Internet.

As I am typing away I am also currently speaking with Cliff Yarges of the City of San Diego. Earlier I had spoken with a woman named Kathy [1-619-5333-126] who then put me through to Mr. Yarges who is in charge of “one third of the road kills” in the City of San Diego. Mr. Yarges has quite a good sense of humor considering the fact that he is a rather busy man and had staff waiting outside his office wanting his attention.

Naturally I wanted to tell him about NextraTerrestrial which fits in with the Delmartians. My reasoning in wanting to make Mr. Yarges aware of the traffic hitting our website is because he informed me that it will take 4 to 6 weeks before a decision is made. I suggested that we put up, free of charge, a WANT AD on our site for engineers registered in the State California to help with the backlog.

I told Mr. Yarges that I would personally pay for that engineer. I didn’t need to go into the terms and conditions of this engineers prospective employment since Mr. Yarges was kind enough to give me the telephone number for the personnel department for the City of San Diego, which is 619-236-6467. Perhaps, Dr. John Ben Stewart might at some point decide to apply, the same with Mr. Jim.

I loved the way Mr. Yargis described their business, “tTOo enhance the safety and performance of the road ways; we cannot control drivers. I have two other numbers for folks at the City of San Diego, 1-858-874-4040 and 1-858-694-3285 butt you don’t need to bother now. They will be contacting Marie once they have done their review, which I think will take less time than the average evaluation process. I hate anything that has “average” in it, not as much as I detest the word “half” as in the “glass is half full.”

My appointment just arrived and I am still naked in bed. I told "louise" who I have yet to meet to give me 10 minutes. I genuinely beleived our meeting was set for 10:30am. I am really trying very hard to be punctual. Both my computer clock as well as my cell phone say it is exactly 10:20am pst, September 19th.
