John

Since you can't appreciate my efforts in making the new schedule fit your work schedule & you have the audacity to ask for this 5 hrs with Jonathan, these are my rules:

1. Pick up & drop off at the curb. You are not to come in my house for any reason. 2. The parent with guard of the kids will drop off unless agreed otherwise. 3. One phone call a day to the kids at my house. Use Danielle's cell for other calls. 4. No more than two weeks out of town with the kids per year. 5. Communication with me should be via E-mail and checked at least once a week or written and placed in sealed envelope unless there is an emergency, i.e. change in their schedule, children's health. 6. For a change in schedule concerning the children the other parent should be advised as soon as possible, a minimum of 48 hours. 7. Pay child support on time. 8. Antibiotics should not be given to the children unless you consult with me first. 9. Any other issues that I have not covered I will let you know in the same manner. 10. If you disagree on any of these rules the issue can be taken to Family Court.

P.s. You can have Jonathan 5 hrs make up time between 10am and 3pm this Sunday or between 2:30pm and 7:30pm this Monday.

John Ben, as we agreed many years ago the responsibility of dropping off the kids belongs with the parent in charge at the time. You are not to step foot on my property. I will bring the kids on the agreed time or when you call once you get home.
