Be advised in the event you have chosen to leave it to others to read my communiqués that Mr. Devin Standard, the executor of my estate, is in possession of a document that spells out rather clearly why in time every single independent thinker in the world will consider you and your client, Dr. John Ben Stewart “slimeballs”, no worse, however, than any member of my DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] family, the mafia of mafia.

Excluded from this document are certain facts that people like Mr. Standard are intimately familiar, more so Devin given how he attended court on October 24^th 2002.

The decision by Superior Court Judge Hendrix to refuse you and Dr. JBS’ request to issue a Permanent Restraining Order against me from being in the company of Dr. JBS’ two minor children can never, in my humble but seasoned opinion, be “minimized” given how I had no “legal status” to either Danielle who was just 13 and JoNathan who was just 10, to mention little as Judge Hendrix lowered the guillotine on your heads both Marie and I refusing to go along with the “suggestion” that we get “married”.

You will notice in this rather brief communiqué no use of the word “sic” despite the fact that there may be a number of “re re” as in “errors”, both English spelling and grammar while not my “best” language something I can in fact master once I “choose” to focus on the subject matter.

Another item “missing” from this rather important document that Mr. Standard has the authority to release using his own “good judgment” is how you went about trying to explain having illegally accessed my website’s proprietary database that contained nothing that an independent thinker would have problems with unless of course they were working in “opposition” to my client Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk who had entrusted me with certain “work product” relating to a very important Revlon Corporation SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit], you recall of course Mr. JRK taking the deposition of a senior executive of Revlon one week prior to our date in court, both October 17^th and October 24^th 2002 dates the world should never forget.
