Dear Mr. X,
I did meet with Sargent
X X of the San Diego Harbor Police.
Like you, he has
made no commitment to proceed against American Eagle and/or any of its
employees-officers until he has made a determination of the facts.
In the meantime,
time goes by and those that perpetrated this crime not only get more
"brazen" but very possibly more "desperate", not knowing
one minute from the next whether you folks are going to get "more
involved" which leaves me and those I care about made up of People, Pets,
Property and Plants increasingly more vulnerable to "acts of desperation".
I know I don’t
need to remind you, but it certainly helps to remind myself and those I care
about that "desperate people act desperately".
This is not the
first incident I have had of dishonest and reckless individuals having a
"problem" with my life's mission of rooting out corruption wherever,
which of course is not to interfere but facilitate your job which is first and
foremost to INVESTIGATE corruption.
While I do not
have kids of my own I have helped my wife raise both her children, the boy,
JoNathan who is now going on 15 since he was 18 months and the girl Danielle
since she was 4, you do the math.
While my command
of English is not quite as good as my "command of logic"
that comes from a deep respect of mathematics, the most precise and spiritual
of all the languages including Hebrew, I not only know not to even spoon feed
my dog but I can in fact speak as well as write a whole lot better in
explaining my "point of view" than the overwhelming majority of those so
very poorly schooled in our “mediocre breeding” Bell Shaped Curve
educational system that has the "most average" of us rising to the
top where all these so talkative future politicians have to "fall
back on" is their pitiful, most nauseating "gift
of the gab".
Today silencing
those who at best take up space, most of the time consuming SIGNIFICANTLY more
than their “fair share of the graft”, is how I am painstakingly,
methodically and ever so patiently having each of one of us who thinks this
world is all about “money, money, money, me, me, me”, CONTRIBUTE INCREASINGLY to the very SIGNIFICANT "presence"
I have on the Internet, specifically the Google Search Engine as I have them
type in their name alongside the two words, “DIAMOND INVENTION”.
Of course Google
even without my help could change their algorithms to "demote"
me back in to the ranks of "nobodies" but to do so at this
time may in fact work against those I am doing a rather good job of "showing
up".
Not to mention my
“credibility”
is the result of a lifetime of hard work, surrounding myself with the “best
and brightest” who assist me in “spotlighting” all those who CHOOSE to be the co-dependants of evil
people.
We give B grades
to kids just for showing up to class and so long as they don’t talk out of turn
they will get an A and by the time they are ready for college all their college
can be paid for just from the "kick backs" the universities
are now handing out like there is "no tomorrow".
The children of
the “filthy
rich” know exactly how the whole system works, “I scratch your back” and
when tired from physical exercise they can figure out ONLY that the chances of them having to give up all their
“ill-gotten” gains will only come about when the poor of the world have
finished slaughtering one another and by that time they figure they will be old
and frail and able to at least get the “sympathy vote” and if not well, they
can also figure out that they will only die once and not matter that it might
be painful, BUT in the meantime to “live
it up like there is no tomorrow!”
I did in fact do
more than attend school and university in the one week shy of 21 years I lived
in the most heathen, most vile, terrorist of terrorist country of South Africa
under the command and control of the South African Apartheid Regime who anyone
in the world with just half a brain knew took their orders from the DeBeers-Anglo
American Cartel, the cartel of cartels, terrorist of
terrorist financing organization who make Hamas look like a bunch of
"saints".
I actually
"wrote" a will although all I did was "recite" my idea
of a will that would be the first step toward worldwide peace to my professor
of Deceased and Insolvent Estates at the University of Natal-Kwazulu, South
Africa that while completely "off topic" - I was asked to read my
final exam paper which he, an elderly gentleman couldn’t do and nor could I
make "head or tail" of my own extraordinarily poor handwriting - took
the "breath away" of the professor who ended up giving me a rather
good grade when he could just as easily have failed me.
I could also well
before finishing high school "read" a financial statement which I
also knew wasn’t worth the "paper it was written on" given
the DAAC's not only total "command
and control" of the world's monetary system beginning with the
capital and financial markets but even those honest businesspeople who traded
with one another by bartering goods and services couldn’t really know "one
day from the next" whether they could be "put
out of business" even if running a "tight ship".
Not to mention
how for some 45 odd years following the end of World War II as the U.S. went
around the world executing flawlessly our Regime Change policy towards
“unfriendly” countries, the most unfriendly of unfriendly government of South
Africa to its overwhelming majority of its black peoples was “left alone” to
commit the greatest enslavement, torture and mass murder of all time.
Over the course
of the past going on 3 odd years ever since I decided to "break
my 24 year silence" when "reconnecting up"
with Codiam Inc., the DAAC's
principal fronting private corporation headquartered on 47th Street in New York
City, I have painstakingly, methodically and ever so patiently been explaining
to as many people as I can without having them fall asleep, lose
hope, worse yet resort to violence and therefore play right into
the hands of the DAAC, how
extraordinarily easy it is for the DAAC
to put any one of us out of business by simply backing a competitor who may be
extraordinarily incompetent, using their unlimited supply of UNTRACEABLE, lightweight and never
inventoried Diamond Currency that both our Federal Reserve and U.S.
Treasury, not to mention United States Congress wouldn’t even begin to know how
to get their "arms around" given how the DAAC have now had more than a century to launder their utterly
worthless-fictitious Diamond Currency.
All of this goes
back to Mr. Steve Terry, General Manager of American Eagle, San Diego
retaliating against me for having not only reported a crime but how fastidious
I was in gathering the evidence.
Mr. Terry's
threat to use the "long arm" of the Federal
Government, albeit an authority like the TSA which doesn’t have jurisdiction to
investigate crimes of "money laundering" and the such, when in fact
HE knows the appropriate authority would be either U.S. Customs or the U.S.
Treasury, goes to the heart of my mission to explain to the next generation
long before they even waste their time entering college to come out with
nonsense degrees such as English Literature and before long when not able to
make a living get so easily bought off by DAAC operatives throughout the world to incite the masses in to
violence, HOW EXACTLY it makes
no sense to bother with any of the "money laundering" laws given
how extraordinarily easy it is for the DAAC
who on occasion arrange their own “busts” to move their diamond
currency across borders without a customs agent having a clue about how to
value such monies in the form of say a diamond broach which my mother would
every so often attach to her brazier.
Bear in
mind that we are not talking about some "well meaning"
organization that the citizens of the world have decided collectively through
say a referendum should be most in charge of allocating the world's precious
resources including human labor.
This is an
organization responsible for the South African Apartheid Regime who instituted
laws such as the Immorality Act that banned interracial sex, not to mention
that depending on the “puffiness” of one’s hair you could either be relegated
to being a slave or a white person afforded all the luxuries for being part of
the group who just happened to have the biggest gun which at the time was the
U.S. military.
The South African
Apartheid Regime were given a "free hand" for some 45 odd
years to introduce the most heinous, the most of vile of laws all geared
to not only steal the lands of the indigenous peoples containing the world's
richest mineral resources including gold, diamonds, platinum and uranium but
during this inordinate amount of time the DAAC were able to convert such currency into not only other
currencies but hard assets such as real estate, patents, trademarks, shares in
both public as well as private corporations, all the while breeding racial
and religious disharmony throughout the world.
In fact, Agent X one can assume rather easily that the DAAC today own everything and everyone who refuses to tell the
truth both loudly and clearly about this most powerful, violent, ruthless and
inhumane organization the world has ever known.
But I know for a
fact they don’t own me or my wife.
I cannot be
certain about another human being given my intimate knowledge of their
dealings.
I cannot say for
certain who committed this crime of theft against me but what I do know is
that by simply following the "money trail", asking the right
questions you will get all the answers you want.
I want justice
and if not then I want to know why not given how I am intimately also familiar
with crimes under investigation that we all know are going absolutely
"nowhere".
All you need to
do is ask yourself why the FBI never followed up with the email
I forwarded to them back in November 2004 which made it patently clear I
had the "goods" on Codiam Inc. who each and every day with input of
course from the DeBeers Central Selling Organization over in downtown
London, England fix the price of diamond currency at always more than a barrel
of oil.
Moreover, don’t
just look at what it costs you to fill up your private automobile but
ask yourself about who sets the price of a degree in economics, law,
finance or medicine, etc etc and in no time you will also understand why Mr. Eliot
Spitzer Esq. never followed up with me following the email I sent him on
February 10th and 11th 2005 pertaining to the "refreshing" criminal
complaint he filed in mid-October 2004 against the megalopoly of AIG-Marsh
& McLennan-ACE Ltd, not to mention how very shortly after I presented him
with "smoking gun proof" of shareholder fraud, at a minimum, by
very senior executives of AIG, the share price of the megalopoly
dropped precipitously, losing sum $63 billion odd in market value;
i.e. someone made a bundle and most likely they would include those tuned into
my missives.
But again, never
forget Mr. Spitzer Esq. knows perfectly well there isn’t, at least in terms of
his “interests” a "hope in hell" of being able to "nail
to the cross" the DAAC
who continue to carry one mighty weapon.
You just have to
keep going "back and forth" to what the DAAC have managed to accomplish over the past 100 years
beginning with corrupting the entire world's politicians who make the laws the DAAC simply laugh at, beginning
with our sacrosanct Anti-Trust/Anti-Competition/Anti-Monopolies/Anti-Price
Fixing Laws that give us here in the U.S. the "bragging rights" to
say,
"We are a nation of laws, committed to the rule of law, law and order is
imperative for a civil society to then spread democracy and freedom throughout
the world".
The DAAC are still laughing because they
are quite certain not a single person in government anywhere in the world will
do the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing and have
the United States Congress begin open hearings on the DAAC, beginning with who knew what and when did they know it was
the American Charles Engelhard who "arranged" the very carefully choreographed
meeting between his Anglo South African crime partner Harry Oppenheimer and
President elect John F. Kennedy at the Carlyle Hotel in Manhattan, just a short
taxi ride from 47th Street, the money laundering capital of the world.
Remember, not
only am I alive and well and smart enough to realize that most of law
enforcement are only going to investigate when my body has no life
remaining but I am not exactly a fool.
Were I to spend
just one day in a United States prison you have my word that apart from the
extraordinarily violent who are kept separate from the rest of the inmates I
could convince everyone including the guards to "drop their guard" in
order to "give
peace a better chance".
Lets just put
aside for the moment what else is going on in the rest of the world and
continue with my “stay
in prison”.
Within
hours all prisons will begin to welcome in everlasting peace as these
anything but naive, extraordinarily street smart folks wake up to why as well
as how they have been conned in to believing that it is law enforcement who are
the "bad guys" when even law enforcement made up mostly of
people who truly want to believe they are making a difference for the
betterment of humankind have themselves been so conned by not only our crooked politicians
but the media.
Again, one just
needs to find the time to read carefully Hollywood blockbuster
author-investigative journalist Edward Jay Epstein's INTERNET ONLY most fascinating book, THE DIAMOND INVENTION which was designed principally to have the
few that read it feeling both exhausted as well as hopeless to the point that
they don’t simply "give
up" but choose the wrong path of grabbing as much of the graft
as possible, justifying their actions by pointing at the DAAC who they believe are "untouchable", but
much more importantly, thinking they have a “heads start” on anyone
else, to pull out all stops to “keep it to themselves.”
The DAAC understand human-nature as well as
DAAC controlled Madison Avenue and
Hollywood which explains why not a single Hollywood blockbuster
Producer-Director like Steven Spielberg would touch the Diamond Invention with
anything but a 100 foot pole while HOPING
the masses are so very brain dead that they would be able to figure out a movie
such as BLOOD DIAMONDS was just one
more multifaceted DAAC distraction.
You do recall
that I am 50 years of age and in pretty good shape; moreover, neither of my
legs have been sawn off below the knees.
Trust me, Agent X, the DAAC heads are a
bunch of clowns.
I have sat with
them.
I have broken
bread with them.
They put on their
pants just like you and me, one leg at a time.
And of course
they can be funny but there is nothing like laughing at a bunch of clowns
with their feet tied together jumping up and down.
The imagery that
you can now place in your head of those members of our military being
tortured to death as well as those who will inevitably meet the same fate can
in fact be brought to an end.
It takes will,
nothing more and nothing less.
The alternative
is so very obvious.
I know, even if I
am not around to witness it, logic not emotion will prevail and God only help
those who usurp their limited authority.

What’s the “hold up”?
How much more time do you
need to complete your “investigation”?
Are you not concerned with “key
witnesses” such as myself suddenly “disappearing” as “time
marches on”?
While there should be no “rush
to judgment” why not simply call in the Feds while asking permission
from Trade Union Leaders if they would have a problem encouraging all your
employees in San Diego as well as elsewhere to subject themselves to an FBI
polygraph examination if for no reason other than to make all travelers
including foreigners traveling to the United States aware of the very
significant lapses in protocol and what so simple steps you could take to
remedy them and at the same time taking the “edge” off passengers made to feel
“guilty”
as they are put through so very demeaning security procedures which wouldn’t
catch a mean spirited Special Forces trained commando expert in martial arts
let alone a less equipped but equally deranged human being getting the
untraceable, lightweight and relatively hard diamond currency cut more
angularly while of course messing up the 58 faceted mathematically brilliant
brilliant cut diamond to be used with far more deadly precision than a pair of
box cutters?
It is my experience that a
well informed customer is good for business.
It should not take you long
to get your arms around Mr. Terry’s nonsense, but threatening phone call to me
on May 1st after he had
plenty of time to think about how best to intimidate following my
non-threatening follow up communiqué to his utter nonsense.
Not to mention the anonymous
threatening phone calls I subsequently received as well as hang-ups which of
course may not be related to what I believe was the “use of an aircraft in the commission of a felony crime”!
Proof, a function of
evidence; the better the evidence the better the proof!
To mention little of the “cover
up”!
To mention in passing yet
again such nonsense of Mr. Terry, a General Manager of a major New York Stock
Exchange corporation, suggesting in no uncertain terms his ability to get the Transportation Security Agency [TSA] that has no jurisdiction to
investigate me for monetary matters, “why it is that you are traveling outside of the country with so much
money?”,
Is very much “par for the course” with his “black
and white”, beyond belief of the “reasonable person test”,
declaration,
“The money was found immediately
and returned to the only bag that was unzipped, but unfortunately the gold was
not seen until the aircraft was closed and ready for departure.”
Then again Mr. Terry couldn’t
even remember emailing me on the Saterday evening, April 28th,
lecturing me on the following Monday like I was brain dead,
“With all due respect I talked to
you on Friday April 27 consequently I am off on weekends and returned today
Monday April 30th. As you probably know when you take off for
two day’s there is two day’s of work piled up waiting to be completed!”
How fortunate for me and all
those victims of “petty crimes” all around the world that Mr. Terry would then
perpetuate his defensiveness,
“It is very unfortunate that someone had left a pocket
unzipped and their money and this gold fell out.”
Bear again in mind that we
are talking about my hand luggage that along with the other passengers on
American Eagle commuter airline flight 3086 which included my wife, was taken
out of our possession by baggage handlers just as we were about to climb the
steps of the small propeller driven plane without any advance notice by
American Eagle personnel at the check-in desk.
To repeat, yet again, Mr.
Terry’s next most telling 30 words in his email of April 30th which
resulted in me asking straightforward, logical questions which Mr. Terry would
agree were reasonable were he not having difficulty keeping track of his lies.
“The money was found immediately
and returned to the only bag that was unzipped, but unfortunately the gold was
not seen until the aircraft was closed and ready for departure.”
I am rather expert at
following the “money trail” having been born and raised in Apartheid South
Africa controlled as it is today by the world’s expert money laundering
operation, DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel.
Given how I know you would be
very much “up to speed” on how
exactly the world’s capital and financial markets operate without the
unsophisticated investor having the first clue about the DAAC’s awesome “Money Power” control, I would expect
no less competency from the resources available to American Airlines!
