To Whom It May Concern:

In the course of the next several hours I will be uploading on to the Internet information that, in my humble but seasoned opinion, should be immediately brought to the attention of the President.

Although such information is already publicly available I am quite certain such disclosure has never been presented previously in such a cohesive manner and more importantly capable of being understood by the “ordinary person in the street”.
