hi do you still have your bird and why is it making all that screaming have you taken it to the bird doctor to see if there is something that can help it.  Do you really think that's what is keeping the house from selling?

Would you like me to stop by and see you again and the owner?  May be we can come up with some other reason.  May be the house needs to have some staging done to it so it will show better to the buyers. let me know I could stop by tomorrow between 1:00 and 2:30 call me at 619 813 6425. Thanks Edythe

P.S. I am sorry about taking so long to answer you I have been busy with clients.

Dear Edythe,

We have yet to sell the house and perhaps the screaming bird is part of the problem. As you know it was salvaged out of a cluttered garage. We believe in full disclosure, i.e. sellnext.com. If you are still interested in the bird it is yours for the poultry sum of $300 which includes the price of the cage which cost $300.

Let us know if you are interested.

Gary
