Gary:

I am not worried with the financials. I really do not care about the money. You know, with, or without cash, I try to do the right thing.  I am interested in further validating the technology; because if it lives up to the billing think of how many lives we could help, and save. This could be the reason we have all been brought together.

UV disinfection is growing rapidly as the Disinfection BY Products Rule II and the Long Term Enhanced Surface Water Treatment II regulations coming down the pike from the EPA will mandate that all publicly owned treatment works with significant Total Organic Carbon levels will need to adjust their treatment regimens in order to kill off Giardia & Crytosporidium while not creating significant (carcinogenic) disinfection by products. The thought was that Chloramination would solve a lot of these issues; but it apparently is turning out that that technique is releasing another set of toxins, and, sometime allowing lead to enter distribution systems(as Dc recently experienced). UV is so hot, we just purchased a one of the leading firms, Trojan.

UV, Ozone (very good; but expensive to generate) and mixed oxidants are the current toolsets expected to come into play in place of traditional chlorine. Today they have less than 10% of the disinfection market.

If lasers can not only disrupt the reproduction of the nasties as UV does; but kill everything harmful, and can be made cost effectively, there is a huge opportunity here and abroad. Municipally, there are approximately 166,000 DW plants and 16,600 WW plants in the US as well as ~120,000 industrial WW plants. Additionall, there are about 25,000 waste water plants in Europe. Capturing 5% of these would create a significant cash flow opportunity.

These folks are asking me to come in as CEO. I want to further validate everything before I consider anything. It would take a truck to move me out of here as all is playing out very well. However, think of the billions of people we could help around the world if we could bring them clean water, cost effectively. Talk about honoring our Father!

Cheers,

Devin

Agree that capturing a large market share would, indeed, be of Microsoft proportions!  However, consider taking a different perspective on this business plan.

One of the major points of the Clean Water Fund, that requires our tech guru,  is that we act as a match maker of "appropriate technology" to the right circumstance.  As such, IF they do have a good idea, then this could be part of the tech portfolio!  I am not against the idea of our "tech guru" finding great technologies that, for the right deal and with the right people, involves investing in the technology that will help achieve the objectives of Clean Water Fund.  If Devin is right that this is the way to generate clean water in a cost effective manner, we should jump on this.  In fact, a tech platform as part of the fund would be complementary to the purposes of our fund.

Devin - I am only sharing this [Bus Plan] with Derrick, Rod and John Pollard.

I only had time to take a quick look and while containing stuff dear to my heart, DNA light-laser, I couldn't help noticing that they expect to be godzillian trillion billionaires by capturing just "45% of the average target market" that alone making it a rather tough sell in my book, i.e. the folks who control the market even if 200 trillion of them could combine to knock the crap out these folks the instant they came out of the starting gates?

Then again maybe they have an idiot like Bill Gates Jr. funding them in which case lets think about setting up a meeting with them if only to read Bill and his ever so smart but scoundrel father Bill Gates Jr the riot act.

Again, I may have missed a number of things given the fact that not only am I hurried to get showered and out the door with Marie hanging for dear life on the back of the ducati as we head to Danielle's school for some fukukta principal speech explaining why the student body of some 4400 odd feel like ants but I have over 40 windows opened on my laptop just barely able to read any of the crap.

If only u had a Quickwheel in the back of your car - Let me know when I can broadcast this stuff, the first person would have to be Solly Krok who got taken for millions by Philips BV the manufacturers of this bullshit quickwheel-skateboard type device that had one hopping along the freeway with your flat tire, deemed back in the 1930s by Popular Mechanics as "unworkable."

This is how you can produce CLEAN WATER cost effectively. Do not broadcast this, they arre trying to raise funding. It looks quite promising.

I had a flat tire, and by the time i got home I was exhausted so I topok a nap. i am now in the office.

Hope you are well.
