I am furious.

I got off the phone a little earlier with one of your technicians, his telephone number 408-623-7760, who came a few weeks back to fix a problem with my computer and perhaps distracted by the incredibly good looking women parading in front of my rented Cliff House overlooking the ocean in Del Mar, California created another problem when failing to put the computer back together making it impossible for me to access some of the ports.

This genius of yours now tells me that despite me calling and leaving him a message soon after he left this rather terrific spot, "tTOo much time has passed by" [sic], that he is not authorized to make service calls to remedy the problem that I should take the time out of my busy schedule all geared toward implementing solutions to solve all the problems of the world in one "brush stroke" to call some 800 number, stay on hold for G-d only knows how long, time you recall is only relative to mankind, and possibly after listening to so many instructions, pressing this button and that button, hearing one apology after the next end up being disconnected by someone who refuses to give me their full name or email address to add to my one of a kind email list representing a statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate population, enough to drive me stark raving nuts!

In a nutshell I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil doesn’t come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork.

Furthermore, may I suggest you inform the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dell that they would be best served by reading ever so carefully Perfect Storm II on the www.Footsak.com website the first of my 100 or so websites including www.NextraTerresTrial.com currently in various stags of construction from the "bottom up" all geared toward making the next generation "independent thinkers" encouraging the youth who are all our futures to use whatever resources they have in resolving their conflicts without either getting violent or perhaps worse going the lawsuit route or worse yet investing in lost causes such as the United States Democratic Communist Party, instead to follow in the footsteps of Ida Tarbell, the courageous journalist at the turn of the last century who recognized the weakened libidos of the mostly male Congress People and decided to go after John D. Rockefeller herself by poking fun at this miserable character who so flagrantly thumbed his nose at our sacrosanct Anti-Trust laws, JDR eventually collapsing in to a heap of tears, becoming physically disabled, his pride ripped to shreds, not even able to go into the headquarters of Standard Oil located on 26th Street and Broadway in Manhattan just a "hop jump and a scotch" [sic] from my DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] family whose very SIGNIFICANT wholesale money laundering operation has been operating "tax-harassment free" under the noses of all our Attorney Generals for sum 100 years or so, my DAAC family learning a thing or "tTOo" [sic] about how to build into their "cost of sales" the "cost of getting caught" after the U.S. Congress finally decided to call JDR to task.

Bear in mind that Mr. Newell Starks, Chairman of the Board of Sterling Holding Company, one of Citigroup's "fronting" companies, provided me with again SIGNIFICANT input in that one of a kind story on www.Footsak.com that continues to send ripples through Wall Street to mention little of Footsak, South African slang for giving those who usurp their limited authority a “kick in the rear”.

Furthermore, should you have any more questions about either my "credibility" or tenacity in searching for the truth feel free to either email Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk of Finkelstein & Krinsk, possibly the most "competent and experienced" SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Litigator] that has ever walked on planet Mother Earth or given the fact that today is a very busy day, possibly more emails than usual following my broadcasted communiqués over the weekend simply try him either at work, telephone number, USA 1-619-238-1333 extension 24 or at home 1-619-222-88-42.

Good Day,

Gary S. Gevisser

Ps – Copied on this communiqué is as you would have most likely guessed a statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate population to mention little of how many folks copied will forward it on to others on their email as well as those reading it on the Dell Yahoo message board.
