Subject: The Del Mar Times IS for Free Speech as long as it is not mine?

Dear Jim,

I had earlier today in anticipation of attending my 3rd Del Mar City council meeting in all the 15 odd years I have been a resident of Del Mar got myself both a haircut and the finest shave from the local barber shop in Solana Beach.

One incredible deal when you think in addition one gets a shoulder, upper back, neck, head and to top it off the most incredible facial massage for all of $28 [Twenty eight United States Mighty Dollars] that has me thinking of renting one of the chairs should one of these old timers, only half though, do the switchblade facial hair shave, were to retire and when there are no customers, take a break from surfing The Internet to get not only the lowest bid but to have each of them agree to not only talk up my websites but to pay for each email address.

And of course I thought about how if each person they “sign up” then provides me with email addresses to compensate the old timers and probably no more than “tTOo” [sic] generations that follow, their estates in an instant becoming news worthy of say a weekly column in each of your owner’s publications?

Interesting if say a woman wanted a bikini shave

Or

Better yet an Iron Man athlete in Mr On’s shape if able to attract more customers suggesting they also throw in for the same price depending of course on the “magnetism” of the athlete, removing all their chest hair?

I found out upon my return that the City Council have now cancelled tonight’s scheduled meeting and of course why would anyone think I had anything to do with this coincidence since, according Jane Kelley, former New Hampshire State Representative and "Honory" [sic] member of the Teamsters Union I “hide behind the skirts of” mypoor wife.”

Now wouldn’t you if Marie Dion Gevisser were to let you, even if it were to cost you anarm and a leg”?

Before cutting to the chase, so important we not lose sight of today’s headline news in the LA Times about the level of anxiety being felt by the Chinese youth thinking they might be left behind, several people from around the world letting me know how if fortune and fame were my immediate goal then I should take out the tiniest of ads in any Chinese newspaper and explain in simple Chinese how easy it would be for all the 1.3 billion odd Chinese to not only acquire for next to nothing all of the world what they don’t already own but to get the rest of the world’s population to be their slave laborers, not in 50 years or 49 years not even 5 years but rather less time than it takes for them to raise their currency to no more than 50% to its realistic level WERE IT NOT for our great most honorable President George W. Bush in “command and control” of all the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

Now, this instant get on your hands and knees and pray to whoever you wish including for all our care your airborne particles of feces collected on the hair of your upper lip that no one does anything stupid that would interfere with the “overwhelming and superior” Light-G-D-Forces assisting our great President and his stellar administration spread democracy to all 4 corners of the globe.

This past Wednesday I provided you with a “Letter to the Editor” which I as well as a good number of people on my email list which consists of a statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate population as well as now more than about 100 residents and holiday makers here in Del Mar, all seeming to agree without me, however, not getting from anyone a sworn affidavit, signed “under penalty of perjury” that not only was-is “Flirting with Danger” timely but very newsworthy.

I ended my 1042 word communiqué which can now also be viewed on the DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] Yahoo message board by reminding you to get back to me ASAP in terms of whether you would go ahead and publish my 260 word letter in this week’s Del Mar Times, to mention little again of you not giving me any indication other than your very poor body language that you had given the green light to a Marty Bressler to “trash” me, MB’s only credential I can tell from his 600 word letter in this past week’s DMT which you said had “already gone to print” was that he is a homeowner in Del Mar.

Now perhaps I should have been more specific in terms of use of the acronym ASAP but shucks what can I say?

Below is my first edition edit response to MB and need I remind you that “altho-ugh” [sic] I am not a lawyer-liar feel free to share this with both the publisher as well as the attorneys for the owners of the Del Mar Times and their string of newspaper publications not to forget their liability insurance carrier-s.

Response to “Winn’s forum view off base”.

Title: The Del Mar Times IS for Free Speech as long as it is not mine?

Mr. Bressler,

Your personal attack on columnist Mr. Winn, “if not the oldest in attendance, had the whitest, the hoarist of heads” may in fact be the most accurate of your statements.

As you would know proof is a function of evidence, the better the evidence the better the proof.

Before attempting to debate any subject you should make certain you have an in depth understanding of what it involves?

For your edification I simply beat councilmember Abarbanel to a pulp leaving it up to columnist Michael Winn to deliver the “coup de grace”.

Michael Winn did in fact suggest I join him at this town hall meeting to hear the public’s different points of view regarding the purchase of a piece of property certain councilmembers apparently think is worth purchasing very likely the same councilmembers who advocated in the recent elections the residents of Del Mar go along with a new property tax that would allow them, in my humble opinion, to be greater freeloaders to mention little of while this milking of hardworking people failed, those incumbent city council members who supported it ended up being re-elected!

Because I was not as familiar with the facts as Mr. Winn I had in fact decided to keep my big mouth shut but when I heard councilmember Abarbanel comment on the title deed on the property in question containing “embarrassing” material the councilmember using either the word “drunks” or “alcoholics” who would be prevented from purchasing such a property the hair on my back started to rise and before I knew it I was once again wearing my “Risk Assessmenthat wondering why Mr. Abarbanel would bring up such irrelevant facts, if not to distract the audience for his real agenda.

In my RA services which involve being brought in at times by the most successful and might I add the most rapacious SCALs [Shareholder Class Action Litigators] who specialize in white collar crime specifically Wall Street crime where the biggest crooks build in to their “cost of sales” the “cost of getting caught” requiring the most “skilled and experienced” litigators “to-get-her” [sic] with my help to respond to fast balls thrown at or near head, one of the things we look for in addition to what is said and not said are the distractions, the smoke screens such as “The title deed has very specific provisions preventing so and sos, blah blah” [sic].

So naturally I saw the most terrific opening to question councilmember Abarbanel to determine whether in fact he was now wanting to add “clown” to his Curriculum Vitae or suffering from some form of dementia since pretty much anyone with a morsel of a neuron firing in the space between their ears would know that so long as someone has the money in this “dog eat god aspartame” [sic] world whether they are a crook let alone a drunk would have no bearing on them becoming the proud owners of such a sought after piece of property or was Councilmember simply attempting to play a game of chess with the audience made up of mostly old folks.

Since I am also rather well schooled in the business of corporate restructurings-work outs I wanted to know WHAT ELSE Councilmember found “EMBARRASSING  and to help him out as he attempted to avoid answering what I considered to be a fair question since he was the one who raised the point of “alcoholism” being just one of the things he found again “EMBARRASING” when reviewing the title deeds of this property in question, whether there was a provision preventing either a Jewish

Or

Black person from becoming the proud owner of such a property.

Why not flush out everything given how apparent it was that this was one big orchestrated circus to give the public a sense there was “open debate” in the Peoples Republic of Del Mar.

Bear in mind not only was I born and raised in the communist state of South Africa NOT under the “command and control” of the Apartheid Afrikaner Government but us “Sly English” as in the DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] I have also owned property in the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica, such matters I have been pointing out for some time bothering a number of folks all over the world who like the majority of our councilmembers prefer not to be questioned.

The fact that the Editor of the Del Mar Times would choose to EXLCUDE my name in an article written by one of its columnists that paints me in a favorable light on this same subject matter and then allows someone such as yourself who writes in has a number of facts wrong including me being “a frequent attendee at meetings on city matters” to INCLUDE my name in a letter that trashes my very good name is telling of the bias of the Del Mar Times Editor as well as its Publisher and owners unless of course columnist and failed politician Michael Winn is “lying through his teeth” which raises the stakes in my call to have those council members who supported the property transfer tax be recalled for a number of reasons including their FAILURE to make first make certain that their consultant-s tasked with providing them an opinion on such a rather important matter had in fact done a “risk assessment” to determine what if any effect such a tax would have in adding weight to a real estate market collapse in what many here would like to believe is depression proof Del Mar.

For the record, as best I recall, I have attended 2 city council meetings and this one charade town hall meeting in the 15 odd years I have been a resident of Del Mar.

I have suggested to the Editor of the Del Mar Times that he, the publisher as well as the new owners of the Del Mar Times in an effort to mitigate their damages to my very good name publish both this letter as well as the very timely piece I presented to the editor this past Wednesday titled “Flirting with Danger” which deals with personal paths leading to the ocean from cliffs of Del Mar, a significant risk that in my judgment the City of Del Mar including Councilmember Drucker who daily passing by CHOOses to ignore, such actions will I am quite certain go a long way towards refuting the Del Mar Times IS for Free Speech as long as it is NOT mine.

Jim,

Below are the changes to the second paragraph that my wife felt would “spice things up” without ruffling feathers:

Paragraph 2 which begins, “Nothing wrong…” to be replaced with:

While erecting the path nothing wrong with landing a hand to a young female distracted by this false sense of security.

Please consider the “timeliness”…---…
