is my understanding that you are in receipt of the draft lease I sent Ms. Sue
Walker on August 30th.
I am also okay with
Mr. Clark getting back to me at the end of month 6 of the lease with a proposal
covering what percentage of the profits, if any, from the sale of alcoholic
beverages would be paid to us. Below is the email from Mr. Clark on such
