Dear Mr. Prescott,

Please stop by the café anytime and introduce yourself to the brother-sister team operating the show.

Recently Bryan and his sister Danna Taylor received a very nice mention in the London Mirror, let me know if u have trouble clicking on to the previous hyperlink.

This is in fact the very first summer we have been operating the café having had tremendous difficulty finding such a stellar management team.

The Taylors have performed incredibly well especially when one considers the fact that they introduced a totally new menu which has captivated folks not just from as far away as London.

I have not made a final decision to sell the property relying to a large extent on input from my Partner-Wife Marie Dion as well as from Bryan Taylor who is tasked with coming up with a business plan to keep the business operating some 10 months of the year.

I simply want to explore all our options including if someone was ready to pay us a “ridiculous” price bearing in mind that more than a handful of folks thought I was not simply totally out of my mind but from another planet altogether when I bought the property at the asking price on the day I believe the previous owners had taken it off the market, literally “on the spur of the moment” late at night back in late December 2001, entering the property late the next day for the very first time having spent the entire night walking along the moors no different to the previous couple of nights, finding out how much I had “lucked out” the previous owners were kind enough to let me rest my legs awhile as my money had started to run out, not that I believe in luck, period, each of us dealt cards every moment of the day and depending on how well one is in tune with the inner workings of the universe one can make quite the fortune.

I am currently hell bent on dying the richest person in the grave but I do not intend to strike it filthy rich off Seacrest, the book I am now finishing writing, Manager Minute One, will take care of my “High and Mighty” goal which is not to suggest that I would want to leave a whole lot of money on the table for the next owner to simply put his-her legs up,  count their blessings while getting “phat as pig” [sic], nothing worse than religious hypocrites, agree?

Please spell out for me once u have visited the spot what u think the property is worth first if we were to sell it to someone who would operate the bed and breakfast café or someone wanting it as an investment and we would be tasked with operating the café.

I might even be interested in a long term lease arrangement of some sorts, but highly unlikely.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Mr and Mrs Gevisser

Thank you very much for your email received last week with regard to the

possible future sale of Seacrest on the sea front.

I remember this property well, a superb location with outstanding sea views

and tremendous potential to exploit the summer trade in the Minehead area.

It was sometime ago that I inspected the property and to this end I would

much prefer the opportunity of revisiting the house to refresh my memory and

also and probably more importantly to discuss with you the current success

of the business.  It is only with all this information that I will be able

to be specific with regard to my views on an up to date price guide.

Generally speaking, the market is still tremendously busy.  As a company we

can report a 30% increase on this time last year in terms of the numbers of

properties sold.  Prices however have now stabilised and we would expect

this trend to continue into the autumn and winter months.  There is still

tremendous desire and demand from the south east home counties market for

both residential and commercial properties and I can talk to you in more

detail if we can arrange a suitable time about how we can reach this market.

We look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely
