binding agreement. The loan amount is
to be returned to the lender in the amount of three (3) times the amount loaned
in 60 calendar days or less. The terms of the agreement are irrevocable and
non-transferable.

loan is to help support the coming to fruition of multiple international
projects and transactions we currently have underway. Your assistance now, at this critical juncture, will enable you
to have an opportunity to participate in the long-range benefits as well.
If
the Coal Project were to become the first project completed, then an immediate
2 to 1 return would ensue from that source.
The balance would come upon completion of any of the remaining projects
which followed next. If one of the
other projects were the first to complete, then the entire

to 1 would come forth from that particular source.
