first I cannot give “legal assistance” since I am not a lawyer. Second, I didn’t understand the “…even if 10% is what you are giving me…” Third, I have never formed a corporation let alone a limited fukukta liability company preferring to stick with my name, letting folks take their best shot at me knowing that I would respond with knuckleballs should they choose to throw me a fast ball let alone a blow below the belt.

I happen to believe in “business partnerships” which makes one “jointly and severally” liable for the actions or inactions of your business partners to mention little of the damage caused by your own possible mistakes-misdeeds.

I am always happy to have lunch with you anytime but it is doubtful I could give your more input than that above. No doubt any lawyer in the phone book would guide you differently and I don’t know of one attorney in this field who I could recommend who wouldn’t charge an “arm & a leg.”

Just got back from an outing on the Ducati and naturally I am wired.

Subject: Legal assistance

Hey Gary,

Would you be able to assist me or point me in the right direction… I have always been a gambler so even if 10% is what you are giving me, I’m still going to take it. We need to form a limited liability company to protect us personally (we/us being my two partners in the wireless internet venture).  Dave my best friend/partner has been speaking with SCORE people and they recommend us getting a lawyer to assist us in forming the LLC or at least in filling out the paperwork. I have no idea how complicated it is but if it is possible, could I buy you lunch and get your input?

Thank you,
