Professor, since u "have not even followed a normal path of promotion" whatever the hell that means or is it another way of saying, "I have a zero track record to speak of" may I then suggest u keep prodding away at what u r doing since it looks at least to me that u are a prime example of someone succeeding by failing every step of the way.

And while u continue to ponder your navel, i.e. looking 4 sum other reason for being on this planet other to take up space while surrounding yourself with nothing "butt YES men-women" who probably just like u only debate people who agree with them, what would be your "ground rules" for a debate "in the flesh"?

Second, I remember this expression, "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. And those who can't teach consult to people like Melvyn Weiss" [sic], i.e. cannot make it in the real
wor.d?”[sic].

I can just imagine Melvyn Weiss right now screaming "redrum" as he looks at his computer screen trying to find someone or perhaps a bottle of rum he had to downed before writing that gibberish back on
March 22nd 2000, not once but twice, but somehow finding within himself to stay very quiet at this time.

I understand "redrum" first appeared on "the silver screen" in the movie The Shining with Jack Nicholson going "in reverse", but of course Mr. Weiss who was so very quick to settle "in full" a $50 million "personal misconduct" judgment rather than risk the punitive damages stages of the trial, is today along with his more visibly combative partner, Bill Lerach, smart enough not to shout "murder" in a "crowded theater" and of course this website is getting a bigger audience each and every day despite the likes of u, still waiting for a response to my last posting on your Shareholder Rights message board where Mr. Weiss remains the moderator.

With all that said, take another look at Parts 1 and 2 of an 8 part email series setting the "ground rules" for a meeting with
Jim Gibson, a Republican who I understand is still considering running for the California State Assembly.
